I have asked myself many times over the last 4 years, why we/our lawmakers, haven’t started the process to impeach Obama. An independent news agency, WND.com just might have the answer. There is the belief that there are enough votes in the House to impeach him but that if it was to move forward, it may damage the Country because of the Democratic Senate.
Representative Blake Farenthold (R-TX) said that a vote in the House for impeachment, wouldn’t mean much if you couldn’t get it in the Senate. During a town hall meeting, he was asked by an attendee, why not impeach Obama and related it specifically to the validity of his birth certificate. Part of the meeting was recorded and posted online, and the attendee presented Rep. Farenthold with what she says is, an affidavit from Mike Zullo, lead investigator on the Maricopa County, AZ, cold case unit. That unit has been investigating the validity of Obama’s birth certificate and released their findings last year. A copy of Zullo’s affidavit is available on the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse website.
Farenthold believes that it’s probably to late to be able to take action now, saying that the Congress that was seated at the time, should have done something about it. It may be to late now and he says, he doesn’t know how to fix it. “The original Congress, when his eligibility came up, should have looked into it, and they didn’t. I’m not sure how we fix it.”
Farenthold referred to the impeachment attempt of President Bill Clinton. He was not convicted in the Senate. That action, he says, redefined sex for a lot of young people. “What message do we send to America, if we impeach Obama and he gets away with what he’s impeached for and he is found innocent? What then do we say is OK?”
Rep. Markwayne Mullen (R-OK), seems to agree that Obama is not eligible for office but thinks that it’s to late to do anything about it. He said at a town hall, “We had the opportunity to get another president in there…we had four years to take care of that…Who would’ve thought we would ever actually be questioning if we had a natural-born president being president?…I believe it’s still there, but my god if we didn’t prove it the first four years, what do you think the chances are now?”
WND says in their article, “The Constitution requires that a president be a natural born citizen, which the Founders apparently defined as the offspring of two citizens of the nation. Obama’s father never was a U.S citizen.”
Mike Zullo said, “Mr. Obama has in fact not offered any verifiable authoritative document of any legal significance or possessing any evidentiary value as to the origins of his purported birth narrative or location of the birth event…the White House document appears to have been fabricated, piecemeal on a computer…”
It has been reported that, Reed Hayes, certified document analyst, who has been serving as Obama’s expert for the law firm Perkins Cole, in defending him in some eligibility cases, is now one of the experts challenging the birth certificate.
Zullo says that, “We have obtained an affidavit from a certified document analyzer, Reed Hayes, that states the document is a 100% forgery, no doubt about it.”
In his report, Hayes says that, “In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.”
A columnist for WND, Chistopher Monckton, pointed out that Zullo’s affidavit, provides information the document provided by the White House has a near zero probability of being genuine. He says that Hawaiian law in 1961, allowed parents of children born else where in the world, to register them as being born in Hawaii.
With all of the evidence that shows Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen, how could this lose in the Senate or House? That’s where the politics come into play. There are those in Congress, that will never believe something as horrible as challenging the President and his roots.
Considering that it all has been investigated by conservatives, some Democrats will never support it. If the politicians were honest and really trying to represent us, all of that wouldn’t matter. We know though, that is not the case and they are only there for their own agenda. So, I expect to see this sit on the sidelines another 4 years and let Congress pass on it again.
